Based in Spokane, Washington, SCAFCO Corporation operates in the farming and manufacturing industries providing grain storage systems and steel framing products. SCAFCO contributes to many charitable endeavors, including those of the American Childhood Cancer Organization (ACCO), one of the largest national organizations striving to improve the lives of pediatric and adolescent cancer patients and their families.

PJammin for Kids with Cancer is one of the organization’s most popular fundraising efforts.

Children and adolescents undergoing cancer treatments may spend months to years wearing their pajamas while at home or during hospital stays. The intention of the PJammin program is provide these children with hope and to encourage supportive communities.

To raise awareness for childhood cancer and provide donations to ACCO programs, PJammin participants wear their pajamas to school or work on fundraising day.

ACCO provides an event organizer kit and all other materials required to host a PJammin fundraiser, including participant prizes, event announcement flyers, a customized event webpage, and presentations for school faculty and students regarding cancer.
