Request:
We would like to develop Pinnacle Point, a six-
building office village on S. Kimball Avenue.
The buildings will be built in phases, with two
buildings built per phase.
We are asking for Zoning Change to Office and
Site Plan Approval for 2 of the 6 buildings
proposed.
Pinnacle PointTimeline:
May 2015: Initial staff meetings and feedback
June-August 2015: Design work by architects and engineers
September 2015: Initial submittal to staff for review
October 2015: SPIN meeting
Formal submittal to staff for zoning change and site plan
approval
November 2015: Staff asked for traffic study
Staff asked us to work with neighboring developer to
develop small-area mobility plan
December 2015: Staff asked us to design and present mobility plan to
Corridor Planning Committee; required site plan
redesign and ROW dedication to accomplish plan
January 2016: Back in the queue for P&Z and Council approval
