CriteriaPoints Price90 Participation goals10 Total100 Pinnacle Africa - Confidential PAGE 14 All products supplied to Government must include mark-up percentage to the OEM Base price for all standard power and interface cables, the specified warranty, documentation, packaging and delivery, and all other components (e.g. software, drivers) that are specified to be included in the Base price. Bidders must complete the excel costing model by populating the % markup on the OEM ceiling price for each item and brand being offered in the bid (eg PC1 Brand A, PC2 Brand B). Bidders need to ensure that the % markup supplied will include all services, quality and functionality as specified in the product technical specification. Bidders must ensure that this % markup is sustainable, Updates of the % markup will be done periodically. SITA will notify contractors of the period. Exclusions: All computer peripheral devices, including those currently catered for on Contract 285 (printers, scanners, multifunction devices, scanners, etc.) Supply of PCs, Mobile Devices, and related services for a period of 3 years Pinnacle Africa - Confidential PAGE 15 Pinnacle Africa - Confidential PAGE 16 Pinnacle Africa - Confidential PAGE 17 RFB Closing Date: 02 October 2015 at 11h00. Venue: Bid box at Main Gate Entrance area of SITA Head Office in Erasmuskloof. Regions Bid responses sent by post or courier must reach the tender office at least 36 (thirty six) hours before the closing date to be deposited into the bid box. Late bids will not be considered Bid validity period: 120 days (commencing from the RFBs closing date) Bid documents must deposited in the Bid box situated at SITA Head Office, or any of the SITA Regional offices. Only one bid response is required per bidder for regional submissions Bidders shall provide proof of presence in the province they are bidding for. These areas are designated as Zone A, B or C depending on proximity to large centres. Zone A:The entire Gauteng Province as well as in or within 50km from major cities or Provincial capitals, i.e. Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Bisho, Bloemfontein, Durban, Mmabatho, Polokwane, Kimberley, Pietermaritzburg, Ulundi, Witbank and Nelspruit. Zone B: In or within 50km from major town, i.e. Welkom, Umtata, George, Grahams town, Thohoyandou, Rustenburg, Klerksdorp, Ermelo, Standerton, Ladysmith, Oudtshoorn, Richards Bay, Saldanha, Upington, Worcester, Potchefstroom and Beaufort West. Zone C: All towns and rural areas not included in Zone A and Zone where services may be required. Zone C includes the entire country not covered by Zone A or B.
