I chose to use this photo on my magazine because the length of it is just right to fit a magazine title about the heads and creates room for text around the models. Also it shows them learning together from a book which shows the schools learning techniques. Their positioning and facial expressions show happy students which will attract an audience and give a good vibe across to the audience. The lighting in this photo has a positive affect as it brightens the models face.

I chose to use this photo on my contents page as it shows the range of subjects and activities we use within our school, showing kids exercising in school put across the healthy side which may show the audience that we take health seriously. This is a action shot and not set out so it proves it is actually happening. This will prove that there is new facilities within the school like I said in my contents page.

I chose to use this on the bottom of my magazine as It shows 6thform students happy which shows not only a good environment for the younger students but also for the older students. The positioning of them in a line smiling and on the 6thform balcony show they are happy with their surroundings and would attract both a parent audience and student audience as it gives across a positive vibe to both of them.

I chose to use this photo as it puts across the student mentoring of the school and gives across a friendly vibe to the readers. Showing that they take school seriously and that they wish to achieve the best GCSE’s like we encourage them too. The positioning of the 6thform teaching the year 11 with a book in front of them and having the 6thform holding the book and looking at the year 11 shows a sense of learning as she is taking control to try and help this student. There is lighting in this room but it does not distract the meaning of this photo and does not effect the colouring in any way, I chose to do this in dim lighting so this would happen.
