Photography Policy  

Personal Photography 

Personal photography at Bridge Street is allowed and encouraged. We take great pride in the architecture, 

landscaping, musical entertainment, special events, holiday décor and of course our retailers at the Centre. 

However, as part of our operational and security procedures, photos of storefronts or retailer signage 

throughout the Centre are strictly prohibited. Acceptable places for personal photography are as follows: 

Any of our architectural features such as the lake, fountains and pedestrian bridge over the lake 

The carousel is also available for photos as long as the photo shoot does not disturb carousel operations 

No photography inside The Westin Huntsville courtyard is allowed 

No photos may be taken inside any store 

Professional Photography 

Please schedule your photo shoot in advance by contacting Haley Buie, Bridge Street Marketing 

Manager, at (256) 428‐2022 ext. 26.  

Check in at Guest Services on the day of your photo shoot. You are required to sign in, pay any fees and 

pick up your ID badge. Guest Services will then radio Security that you are onsite. Upon completion of 

your photo shoot, you must sign out and return your ID badge to Guest Services. If your badge is not 

returned, you may not be allowed future photo privileges at Bridge Street Town Centre.  

If you prefer a weekend photo shoot (a more challenging time because of increased foot traffic), advance 

arrangements must be made. It is recommended that you schedule your photo shoots Monday through 

Friday between 8 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. when pedestrian traffic is slower. 

Depending on your photography needs and the needs of your client, the fee options are: 

$50.00 for one sitting 

$100.00 for a month‐long pass 

$500.00 for a year‐long pass 

All fees are due at time of sign‐in. Acceptable form of payment is cash only.  Please complete the information below verifying that you understand the policy and agree to its terms and
