1 Thorough Cleaning of Bas Bar Chamber removing the dust By Vacuum Cleaner & Plain Cotton cloth2 Removal of busbar shrouds & checking of Bus Bar Joining Bolts Tightness tightning as per torque tightness chartBusbar tightness checking thru Torque wrench3 Tightness of Bus Bar Support Insulator. for proper fixing by Ring & Flat spanner4 Fixing of Busbar shrouds for insulation of joints By hand5 Checking the complete sealing of the busbar chamber for vermin proofing Phisical inspection and correction wherever reqd.6 Insulation Resistance Checking ( 5 KV Megger ) for insulation of joints By 5KV Magger7 Rear cover fixng for proper fixing Each bolt to be tightned with spannerD CT / CABLE CHAMBER (SHUTDOWN OF FEEDER IS MUST)
