4 Colour Perfecting Printing Unit (4+4)

The WEBKING 4 colour perfecting printing unit is a Common Impression Cylinder (CIC) and 20 cylinder-configured designs where the colour registration does not change during the entire roll unwind period. Experience the colour printing at its best, as never before, with pinpoint registration on both sides of the web irrespective of varying press speeds and varying web tension. A pin register system is built into the plate bender and is carried through into the pin register system built into the plate lock-up. The pin register assures that when installed, the plate is in proper position. In addition, all plate cylinders are equipped with on-the-run side register and circumferential movement for perfect colour registration. Narrow width blanket cylinder provides larger print area. The pneumatic controls ensure ease and speed of operations and the accurate plate punching and bending system ensure utmost accuracy in pre-press operations. The WEBKING 2 CP is the perfect example of proven technology. It’s flexibility and versatility is unlimited. It is ideal for the production of a variety of jobs ranging from 4 colour newspapers and posters to magazines etc with super speed and minimum wastage. Perfecting PrintingUnit (1+1)

A robustly constructed unit using solid side frames of 50mm thickness of graded casting that ensures long residue life of the machine. Reliable enough to understand deadlines to the tee. The horizontal main drive at blanket cylinder level is mounted on anti-friction bearings. The high line position provides a direct drive to the printing units. The power is transmitted through helical gears throughout the printing unit. The assembly is lubricated by a pressurized oil circulation system. Clutches are provided to individually silence either folder or printing units. The precisely ground and hardened bearers provide constant reference surface to perfect accuracy of cylinder impression. Plate and blanket cylinders are statically and dynamically balanced to ensure trouble free running of the machine at highest speed. The unit is available either with manual or with pneumatic controls and is equipped with a host of other advanced features.

Broadsheet/TabloidFolder

The WEBKING presses are equipped with a standard single former heavy duty 2:1:1 jaw type folder. One tabloid slitter is located on the roller, top of the former. It is also equipped with an electronic copy counter, a 50-copy kicker and a standard motor driven delivery table. The mechanical clutch disengages the folder from the main drive shaft thus allowing the units to run with the webs led through the press and the folder remaining at a stand still. This feature is particularly useful during make ready time and also the printing unit to be run in reverse direction to facilitate plate removing. The folding mechanism consists of one cutting cylinder, one double dia folding drum, one jaw cylinder, one pair of driven folding rollers and one fan delivery.

G5 Press G5 is a variable cut off press for semi

commercial and security printing jobs like book covers, cheques, lottery tickets, wrappers, OMR forms, computer forms & much more.

The print unit is capable of accepting wet offset, dry offset, letterpress, numbering and flexo printing inserts for different repeat lengths.

Straight pass web gives set-off free print results. The web can be threaded alternatively for interdeck UV drying while printing on coated stocks. Continuous dampening (Dahlgren type) adds to the brilliance of print.

Instapress INSTAPRESS is a variable

circumference press built on a platform principle and have a straight line web path allowing wet-on-wet printing for high end print results.

Rotary FormsConverter

A compact machine for producing stock forms in single color (numbering & logo can be in different color).

The paper reel is unwound in the unwind unit which incorporates an automatic tension control and length control. It then passes on into the printing unit where printing is done on one side. Further on, in the processing unit, the paper is perforated (across and along it's length), sprocket punched and then zigzag folded to produce packets of continuous forms.

Very simple to operate, this machine has all the features to produce a full featured stock form. The printing unit is letterpress based and change of print repeats is quick and convenient.

Ecoflex Ecoflex is a narrow web flexo press for

printing labels, tags, flexible packaging, cartons, etc. Its modular design and precise, rigid construction provide the versatility and reliability necessary for the most difficult jobs.
