The demo clock is freely accessible for everyone. You can test and evaluate all the functionalities of the system. It’s possible to stop the clock and create transactions. The supplies on this demo are fictional. Please keep in mind that it could take up to 3 minutes before the clock starts again.

At the start-up screen click on the network icon.

Now you can switch from “Demo” to “Auction Network”.

Click on the clock icon again to go to the Auction Network.

In the lower right corner you can always check to which auction you are connected.

Since it is the first time you connect to the Auction Network, the app needs to be registered with your Pefa account. Please fill in the username provided by Pefa. Before clicking “Register”, please call Pefa (+31-70-358 87 87) to open the registration process. For security reasons it is impossible to register the app without contacting Pefa. If you don’t have a Pefa account yet, please go to http://www.pefa.com/en/buyers.html to apply for one. The application process for the app or the standard Auction Clock software on a computer is all the same.

Now you’re ready to use all functions of the software.

General Considerations • The app is only compatible with devices running iOS 7.0 or higher.

• Since the Pefa Clock Auction App is a real-time system, the app fully relies on a stable Internet connection. For an optimal experience we suggest to use Wi-Fi. 3G and 4G are also possible. “Edge” and “GPRS” data connections are unsupported.

Clear all fields.

Pefa Clock Auction App – Manual 7

• If your device switches between Wi-Fi and 3/4G, the app needs to reconnect. This is normal behaviour. If Wi-Fi is unstable at your location, it could be better to switch it off and to use 3/4G instead.

• It is always possible that other apps on the device interfere with the Pefa Clock Auction App. E.g. messages from the iOS Notification Centre.

• Incoming phone calls will automatically terminate the connection of the Pefa Clock Auction App.

• There is no version available for devices running Android.
