The PEAK website will have an updated look and feel for those accessing their account from a smart phone with PEAKmobile. PEAKmobile, the mobile version of the PEAK website, offers a user-friendly experience for access from a smart phone or other mobile device with a small screen. PEAKmobile is equipped with all of the essential tools clients need to effectively manage their benefits, including: • Creating an account and changing passwords • Account overview • Access to current Medical, Food and Cash Assistance benefit information • Premium/enrollment fee payment details • Medical cards • PEAK Mail Center • Verification document uploading

Anyone who visits the PEAK website from a small-screen mobile device will automatically view the PEAKmobile website, but will have the option to switch to the full website to access other PEAK tools or submit an application.

From the Home screen, the option to Sign In/Log In or Create an Account displays. Both of these pages function identically to the full PEAK website. On the Log In page, the Remember Me button may be slid to the right to display as “Yes” in order to save the Log In email address for future access. When Log In email is saved, for security purposes the password will still need to be entered each time the site is accessed.

Contact Us provides information about who to call for Medical, Food, or Cash Assistance programs and the hours of operation.

By clicking on Benefits, State agency website links are available to learn more about their programs.

The Help button explains the functions available on the PEAK mobile site. A link to the Full Website is available to complete other actions such as applying for benefits or reporting a change.

App Status will show the tracking numbers, status, and submitted date for applications submitted on PEAK.

Mail displays the communications available on the case. By clicking on arrow to right of communication, that communication may be viewed.

“More” navigates to Payments, Viewing Medicaid Cards, Uploading Docs and linking to the Health Care Policy & Financing website to find a provider.

From the “More” screen, the option displays to make Payments and view past payments. WAwD: Working Adults with Disabilities CBwD: Medicaid Buy-In for Children with Disabilities

Also from the “More” screen, the option to View Med Cards is available.

And from the “More” screen, the option to Upload Documents is available with drop-down menus to select household member, type of proof and type of document.

Lastly, to upload a document the type of action to make the upload is selected. Documents can be uploaded or photographed with the smartphone camera, but video and sound recordings are not acceptable. Accepted file types are .jpg, .png, .tif, and .pdfs If you are having trouble uploading a document, check the file size to be sure it does not exceed 3MB.
