Intermediate Yoga with Lynda Barrow MON 3/23 – 5/11 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM This intermediate yoga class for experienced yoga practitioners. Instruction will meet students’ individual needs, with assists, challenges, and modifications provided.

Mixed/Gentle Yoga with Kathy Quackenbush TUE 3/17-5/5 9:30 AM–10:45 AM Step into life gracefully! This practice is designed to improve movement of the joints, ease stiffness, and increase flexibility. This class is appropriate for students new to yoga as well as those looking to refine their practice.

Gentle Yoga with Cyndi Prud’homme FRI 3/20 – 5/8 10:30 AM – 11:45 AM This class is appropriate for students with limitations, including those recovering from injury or disease, as well as those yogis who already fit, but who lack the overall flexibility to do some of the intense poses. Emphasis is placed on improving balance, strength and range of motion.

Reiki I with Dell St. Ana SUN 4/19 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Tuition: $145 Learn an ancient method of natural, hands-on healing. No experience necessary! A day-long workshop will provide you with everything you need to become a Reiki practitioner. focuses on Reiki techniques for distance healing,

including the distance healing symbols and

attunements. Prerequisite: Reiki Level I training.

Weaving the Story from Fact with Barbara Lockhart SAT 5/30 9:30 AM–12 PM Tuition: $25 for ESWA & Evergreen members; $35 for non-members. This workshop will feature the aspects of writing fiction based on historical fact, with focus on suggested ways to develop situations and plot in order to glean further truths from history.

Wicker Basketry Workshop with Lee Nelson Two part: FRI 6/5 6:30-8:00 PM & SAT 6/6 10:00-3:00 PM Tuition: Member: $50; Nonmember: $55 In this two part class, we will explore different styles

of basket construction as well as aspects of artistic

design. Learn basic basketry techniques by creating a

finished piece that will be functional as well as

beautiful. ($10 basic materials included).

The Spirituality of Place - Inspired Writing with Ruth Ann Purchase SAT 6/20 9:30 AM–12 PM Tuition: $25 for ESWA and Evergreen members; $35 for non-members The class will enlighten and inform participants on nature narratives and the importance of indigenous wisdom in our writing.

Advanced Reiki Training (ART) with Dell St. Ana SUN 6/28 11:00 AM–5:00 PM Tuition: $202 More tools for your Reiki practice! This one day intensive includes the Usui Master symbol and attunement, how to use a Reiki grid, Japanese Reiki Techniques, Aura Clearing, a Reiki Moving Meditation and more. Prerequisite: Level II training.
