    Connect your workflow system with our system to eliminate manual data transfer. Eliminate errors and delays.

    The minute a claim enters your system, we automatically receive the information we need to estimate your customers damage. Because we connect directly to your workflow system, you wont need a third-party claims management solution (and the expense that goes with it).

    Our integration services even allow you to pull your own detailed reports on your claims workflow anytime you want!

    CLIENT PORTAL

    If you dont have a workflow system thats compatible with integration OR if you simply choose not to automate the process, our Client Portal is a proactive way to track estimates assigned to us.

    Log in to the secure portal to assign or check the status of estimates in real-time. You can even access notes from the appraiser for additional insight. Providing access to claims data on demand, our Client Portal helps you serve customers more efficiently than ever.

    WHATS THE CATCH?

    There isnt one. We dont charge a penny to use our integration services or Client Portal. To integrate your workflow system with ours, youll need a compatible workflow system to begin with and an IT services provider to facilitate the interface between your system and ours. Otherwise, were ready to integrate the minute you say so. To access our Client Portal, just go to pdaclientportal.com and register as a new client. Its that simple.

    OPTIONS ARE GOOD.

    While the Client Portal and integration services are the most efficient ways to handle your appraisal workflow, you can also send your claims to us in a number of ways, via email, phone, fax or online Web Assign form.
