Dear Friends,

I am really excited to share this 2013 Supplement catalog with you! There are over 900 brand new products! The box sign collection has some innovative additions, including wooden postcards that you can mail! Check out our fabric totes and burlap collection too. Phil Chapman of Berries in the Meadow has joined PBK’s design team. I am very blessed to have him on board creating some really great stuff. Check out his galvanized tin collection on page 27. This is absolutely one of my favorite collections! Phil has a wonderful sense of design. I can’t wait to share his beach collection in January! I love the challenge of presenting the best in primitives to all of you! Enjoy!

The K-9 clan and the kids are all doing well. Boomer, the fat lab, has shed a few pounds! Bella, the newfie, knows she is the top dog. She loves riding shotgun in my convertible with her shades on. Ben has had a great sophomore year at Boston University. What an experience during the scary days of the Boston bombing. The school was on lock-down for days. He lives just ¼ mile from the bombing site. He said the celebrations in the city after the second bomber was detained were unlike anything he has ever experienced. Rosie is growing up to be a beautiful, respectful young lady. She enjoys working at the PBK showroom in Lancaster. Both kids will be joining me in Atlanta at the July market. Be sure to stop by and say hello! Unfortunately, I’ll have to leave the K-9 clan at home!

Order Requirements • We are a wholesale company, so we require all

customers to submit a tax exempt number prior to receiving our catalog or ordering product. Customers must be prepared to provide a copy of a valid state tax ID upon request.

• There is NO minimum order requirement for new orders or reorders, with the exception of web orders. There are minimum order requirements per item. The order must be in multiples of each item’s requirement. If the minimum for an item is not ordered, it will automatically be adjusted to the next higher number.

• Please be aware that if your initial order is under $50, or if your back order falls below $50 it may be canceled without notification.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the weight, dimension, and destination of the package.

• Items are shipped UPS Ground from Lancaster, PA, unless specified otherwise by the customer.

• Back orders will be shipped within 2– 6 weeks; however shipping costs for back orders are the responsibility of the customer. Seasonal and newly introduced items may not be available immediately.

• Multiple ship dates may be arranged, upon request, but only at the time the order is placed.

Cancelations, Damages, and/or Returns

• Orders may be canceled by calling our customer care department or by sending a notification via email. Canceled orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Any shipping errors or damage claims must be reported by calling our customer care department no more than 10 days from the date the product is received.

• Return requests need to be authorized by calling our customer care department for a Return Authorization number prior to returning any product. Returned orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Payment Information • Credit Card— We accept Visa, Mastercard or

Discover. Your credit card will be charged only when the items are shipped.

• Returned Checks— $35 will be added to your account for each occurrence of returned or stop payment checks.

• Late Payments— Finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will be added to all past due invoices.

• Collection Fees— If a customer account is forwarded to a collection agency, all additional legal or collection fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

I am really excited to share this 2013 Supplement catalog with you! There are over 900 brand new products! The box sign collection has some innovative additions, including wooden postcards that you can mail! Check out our fabric totes and burlap collection too. Phil Chapman of Berries in the Meadow has joined PBK’s design team. I am very blessed to have him on board creating some really great stuff. Check out his galvanized tin collection on page 27. This is absolutely one of my favorite collections! Phil has a wonderful sense of design. I can’t wait to share his beach collection in January! I love the challenge of presenting the best in primitives to all of you! Enjoy!

The K-9 clan and the kids are all doing well. Boomer, the fat lab, has shed a few pounds! Bella, the newfie, knows she is the top dog. She loves riding shotgun in my convertible with her shades on. Ben has had a great sophomore year at Boston University. What an experience during the scary days of the Boston bombing. The school was on lock-down for days. He lives just ¼ mile from the bombing site. He said the celebrations in the city after the second bomber was detained were unlike anything he has ever experienced. Rosie is growing up to be a beautiful, respectful young lady. She enjoys working at the PBK showroom in Lancaster. Both kids will be joining me in Atlanta at the July market. Be sure to stop by and say hello! Unfortunately, I’ll have to leave the K-9 clan at home!

Order Requirements • We are a wholesale company, so we require all

customers to submit a tax exempt number prior to receiving our catalog or ordering product. Customers must be prepared to provide a copy of a valid state tax ID upon request.

• There is NO minimum order requirement for new orders or reorders, with the exception of web orders. There are minimum order requirements per item. The order must be in multiples of each item’s requirement. If the minimum for an item is not ordered, it will automatically be adjusted to the next higher number.

• Please be aware that if your initial order is under $50, or if your back order falls below $50 it may be canceled without notification.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the weight, dimension, and destination of the package.

• Items are shipped UPS Ground from Lancaster, PA, unless specified otherwise by the customer.

• Back orders will be shipped within 2– 6 weeks; however shipping costs for back orders are the responsibility of the customer. Seasonal and newly introduced items may not be available immediately.

• Multiple ship dates may be arranged, upon request, but only at the time the order is placed.

Cancelations, Damages, and/or Returns

• Orders may be canceled by calling our customer care department or by sending a notification via email. Canceled orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Any shipping errors or damage claims must be reported by calling our customer care department no more than 10 days from the date the product is received.

• Return requests need to be authorized by calling our customer care department for a Return Authorization number prior to returning any product. Returned orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Payment Information • Credit Card— We accept Visa, Mastercard or

Discover. Your credit card will be charged only when the items are shipped.

• Returned Checks— $35 will be added to your account for each occurrence of returned or stop payment checks.

• Late Payments— Finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will be added to all past due invoices.

• Collection Fees— If a customer account is forwarded to a collection agency, all additional legal or collection fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
