Paving the best wayWith dynamic jobsite conditions,

there is no need to complicate the

focal point of the job – the paver.

The simple controls and multi-func-

tion display on the F1000 series are

operator friendly and grouped for

convenience, allowing the operator

to focus on paving. The low profile

design is built around the need for

visibility to the operators surround-

ings. And finally uptime – no lap-

top is required for troubleshooting,

common off-the-shelf components

and a secondary pre-programmed

drive controller keep it simple and

maximize production capabilities.

Agile on wheelsThe F1000W offers standard front

wheel assist with rear traction

steer. This system enables the

operator to turn within a six foot

radius increasing jobsite agility.

To insure uptime, the F1000W is

equipped with a fail safe, back up

steering system.

Rugged on TracksThe F1000T’s exclusive one piece

track design offers greater load

support while providing a superior

balanced drive system. Strength

and smoothness is required in

today’s paving applications. The

F1000T can be controlled by a

knob for precise paving speed con-

trol, holding the line for straighter

roadways. A return-to-center fea-

ture is an advantage on both mod-

els, as is a single lever for forward/

reverse control.

ability with a dual controller system and

reliable logic controls complementing

the rugged design of the pavers. The

Optional Power TunnelsDynapac offers power tunnels to

help control material distribution at

wider widths. The tunnels can be

coordinated with the extensions to

move in / out as necessary.

Auger Extensions to 24 feetIn a manner of minutes, the patent-

ed auger design can be extended

to 24 feet in daylight operation and

with the industries largest genera-

tor at 35 kw, 24 feet of extensions

can be added and still run lighting

packages. Wide width, night paving

is made easy with Dynapac.

Adjustable Auger Height For improved material flow, Dyna-

pac provides 10 inches of auger

raise on both the track and wheel

models. Without a center drive,

material flow is not impeded and

is smoothly placed to the required

width.

Targeting Centerline SegregationEver-changing mix designs and oil con-

tent create challenging conditions and

make it difficult to eliminate centerline

segregation. The paving industry has

attempted to address this issue with

many different techniques. Now with

Dynapac’s patented outboard auger

design, centerline segregation has met

it’s match. This exclusive system allows

material to flow freely into the auger

area without the need for kickback au-

gers or deflection plates. The end re-

sult is a smooth, homogeneous asphalt

surface.

Proven ScreedsThe F1000 series is available with

proven Carlson EZ IV front mount-

ed extensions and Carlson EZR 10

rear-mounted extension screeds.

Both are electrically heated 10 foot

standard width. The EZ IV extends

to 19 feet and the EZR 10 extends

to 20 feet.

Electrical Panel Removable top cover with full access

to lighted relays, solenoids and back up

controller. The relays and solenoids of-

fer mechanical override and in seconds

the back up controller can be engaged

and paving resumes.

Hydraulic filtration systemThe F1000 series utilizes a pressurized

hydraulic filtration system keeping de-

bris out of the system. A one-piece hy-

draulic manifold is easy to access and

service.

Clear ViewOperators asked for improved vis-

ibility around the tractor. Dynapac

engineered the F1000 series with

the lowest profile in the industry

at only 60 inches! Visibility means

safety, efficiency and productivity.

Dual swing-out operators stationDual stations offer flexibility and

speed of moving side to side as

clear line of site to the augers from
