Mrs. Northern was employed with Oldcastle from March 22, 2000 until March 28, 2003.During her tenure with Oldcastle, Mrs. Northern had many impressive accomplishments,but of special note are the following:

• Recruiting and Benefit Development - As the primary HR Manager for aGreenfield plant Evette was instrumental in recruiting and hiring a high-performing team for both the Production and Sales divisions.

• Olfice Management - Responsible for accounts receivable in excess of $15M,a payroll exceeding $IM, and payables accounts in excess of $8M.

• ERP Software Installation - As an administrative leader in the company,Evette was involved in the development of a windows based EnterpriseResource Planning platform which was successfully installed in March 2003.

• Employee Development - Supervised three direct reports in their day to dayfunctions and developed career improvement plans for each.

Evette Northern is an exemplary employee with a deep skill set. I would recommend herhighly for any position of responsibility. She possesses natural leadership ability and athorough understanding of cost accounting, benefit program administration, and humanresource management.
