The Situation Our client had a vision to create a password manager and digital wallet solution for the everyday consumer. The online application would put the consumer in charge of their online experience and give them peace of mind that their personal information is safe. The solution would also enable the consumer to securely store all their online payment choices and be able to speed up their online checkout process.
Our client engaged an external partner to help them with software development, however the working relationship quickly hit a wall as the partner was unable to overcome architectural and technical issues.
The client engaged Comtrade’s team of software developers and consultants to take over the entire business case and development of a password manager and digital wallet product.
