RENTAL RATES are based on a one-day rental charge. Weekends are considered a one-day rental. Special arrangementsmust be made in advance to keep equipment out longer. Rentalequipment that is returned after the contract date will be assesseda late charge.

RESERVATIONS for the equipment you desire should bemade in advance to ensure the availability of the equipment.Cancellation of a reservation and all edits must be made 48hours prior to event. Same day cancellation of a reservation willresult in a 50% cancellation fee. Delivery and pickup chargesremain full price in the event of cancellation if services have alreadybeen rendered.

DEPOSITS - 50% deposit of total order at the time the orderis placed. Balance due when order is picked up in store ORbefore we deliver.

PAYMENT OF RENTAL FEES are required before items arereleased to the customer and in advance of delivery.

CLEANING CHARGES of up to 50% of the normal rentalrates will be assessed on all items returned unclean. Specialarrangements should be made in advance if items can not be returned clean. Dishes, glassware, flatware and cateringequipment must be rinsed and repacked in original containersand crates. Linens should be refuse free and dry to preventstaining and mildew. There will be additional charges for heavilysoiled linens, stains, mildew or wax.

UNUSED EQUIPMENT OR LINENS can not be returnedfor credit. To maintain our high-standard condition of rental equip-ment, any item that leaves our warehouse, used or unused,must be inspected, sanitized and serviced before it can be rentedagain.

REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR CHARGES will be assessedon any equipment lost or damaged by the customer. If anappointed representative is not available to verify quantities, thecount of the rental representative will be considered accurate andbinding. Customer assumes full responsibility for the equipmentwhile in their possession and should take all precautions to protectthe equipment especially in the case of inclement weather.

DELIVERY /PICKUP is available on all orders with the fee based on zip code destination. Standard charges are for tailgate drop-off. Additional charges will be assessed for other than first floor delivery, setup and tear down of equipment, excessive time involved and areas not easily accessible to the delivery vehicle. On pick up all equipment should be placed clean in their original containers and tables and chairs folded and stacked in a protected area. *Sunday, holiday, after hour and specific time deliveries and pickups must be arranged in advance and incur extra charges.

SETUP AND TAKEDOWN of some rental items is available at an additional charge. These arrangements should be made in advance. Call for pricing.

DAMAGE WAIVER is a program offered by Party People Rentals which covers customers from having to pay for most damage that might occur to rented equipment. The fee for Damage Waiver is a small percentage of your rental charges. No Damage Waiver fee is applied to sales or delivery.

In exchange for this fee, Party People Rentals agrees to absorb the cost of certain repairs to the rental equipment. Without Damage Waiver, you are required to return equipment undam-aged or pay to have it repaired, up to replacement cost of the equipment.

Damage Waiver will cover all repair expenses except those specifically excluded in our rental contract. We exclude from this any loss due to misuse or abuse, theft, intentional damage or mysterious disappearance.

DAMAGE WAIVER IS NOT REFUNDABLE!
