• The research programmes encompass various areas of pharmaceutical sciences, including medicinal chemistry, natural products chemistry, drug action, drug delivery, and project related to clinical and pharmacy practice.

• The department is equipped with state-of-the-art research tools for biological chemistry, analytical chemistry and formulation research such as a pharmaceutical pilot plant facility for scale up experimental production of liquid and solid dosage forms and medium throughput biomolecular assays facility.

To serve pharmaceutical and biotech companies in

quality trials in Malaysia

To provide a carefully controlled research

environment, centered around patients, for doctors

and clinical scientists to conduct safe and high

quality clinical trials
