Suffering from a panic attack is not necessary, although modern life has left you little time to find ways to cure your panic attacks and so you just let it control you. Many people believe that just enduring it is the only real solution to this problem. The real fact is that many people have found good ways to control and stop their panic attacks all together. I for one would prefer to be in a group of people who have been through a panic attack and know how frustrating it can be as opposed to a bunch of people who just stare and point at you. For some people joining a group or online community might be the best solution for them. However, I wish you the best in finding your solution.
