Platform for Action in Creative Theater (PACT) is currently involved in Theatrics, Arts and Cultural Management and also work as a facilitating platform.

• Graduate from prestigious NUS Business School, Singapore

• Has over 6 years experience in various industries

• Worked with global companies like ING and Reliance Capital on different projects

• Business Head at PACT

• Over 20 years of experience as a training, e-learning, and communication professional

• Doctorate in Media and Educational Technology from Boston University

• Wide experience in banking, IT, venture capital, and manufacturing and health industries.

• She also writes on topics ranging from advertising, marketing, training, travel and culture

Gouri Nilakantan

•Masters degree in Theatre from Miami University and pursuing PhD in Theater from Jawahar Lal Nehru University

•Directed over 25 Plays in India and the United States.

•Has over 20 publications to her credit appearing in Theatre India and IGNOU publications and has read in international conferences held in Dubai, Pakistan, Japan and Serbia.

•Her expertise lies in Feminism, Children’s theatre and Augusto Boal Techniques

•Currently writing a book in Drama and Music Education, “From the Children of India to the Children of America”

Paul “Spike” Wilson

• Professional actor, director, translator, and teacher with over 20 years of experience in children's theatre.

• His areas of expertise range from Theatre of the Oppressed to Drama Therapy and Drama for Literacy.

• He currently serves as the Teacher-in-Residence for Curtain Call Theatre for Children in Kokomo, Indiana

• Over 50 productions to his credit

• Artistic Director and Lead Teacher at PACT

Certification Programs

• “PACT Certification for Excellence in Imparting Theater Education” is a training module for teachers in the process of theater

• Hands on training program that will make the teachers equipped to impart the knowledge of theater to children• The process will include:

Introduction to theater Icebreaking and Trust Games in Theater Exploring sight and sound in theater Poetry reading Creative writing - Building the story line and dialogue writing Acting and Stage makeup Theater Craft work - Puppetry Improvisation and Acting Script reading with a focus on expression, diction and pronunciation Blocking and the techniques of rehearsing a play
