Once the password is entered, Management is redirected to the Management Confirmation section, where the Problem Solving Report Actions can be Closed Out and Approved.

Clicking the ‘NEXT’ button will bring up a ‘window’ prompting Management to enter a password.

Management Close out and Approval.

Once the Problem Solving Report Actions have been Closed Out and Approved, Management can award a Certificate by selecting the ‘Certificate’ button. This will automatically generate a Team Certificate.
