What is OBU Bsc (Hons) Degree in Applied Accounting?ACCA and Oxford Brookes University have worked together to develop a BSc (Hons) Degree in Applied Accounting, which is available exclusively to ACCA students who wish to obtain a degree while studying towards the ACCA Qualification.

There are lots of benefits to completing the degree, the main one being a degree and a professional accounting qualification are a powerful combination of qualifications to have, putting you in demand with employers and increasing your career prospects.

To be awarded the BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting you must:1. be registered with Oxford Brookes University ie have opted in to the BSc degree scheme and

hold a suitable English language qualification before passing any of the three ACCA Fundamentals papers, F7, F8 and F9.

2. successfully complete all nine Fundamentals level papers3. complete the ACCA Professional Ethics module4. complete and pass the Oxford Brookes University Research and Analysis Project.

refundable deposit of RM100.00]5. For Re-submission - re-mentoring fee of RM 800 is imposed.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Mentoring service is subject to availability. Should there be NO availability, all fees paid are subject to full refund within 1month from date of notice of rejection.

2. You are responsible to ensure that you are eligible for the ACCA-OBU Bsc programme. We do NOT refund your fee in the event that you are not eligible. (to verify your eligibility, you shall email to acca@brookes.ac.uk )

3. Fees paid are strictly NOT refundable. No deferment is allowed. Mentoring service shall end after the expiry of the relevant submission period. For July 2017 - Submission is in November 2017. If you did not complete your RAP, any subsequent mentoring shall be imposed with a “re-submission fee of RM800”.

4. The fee is NOT inclusive of OBU Submission fee payable to Oxford Brookes University. Fee is only inclusive of 3 mentoring meetings, use of library facility and OBU Project Guide book published by Kaplan.
