Overcoming the Fear of Rejection

A often paralyzing fear that must be overcome!

The Key: I Sam 8:7

7 The LORD said to Samuel, "Listen to the voice of the people in regard to all that they say to you, for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me from being king over them. NASU

I Peter 3: 15

“But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason for the hope that is in you with meekness and fear.”

Matthew 7:24-27

“Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

And the rain descends and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

Are You Saved?

Yes, by the grace of God Maybe, I hope so. I think so. I don’t know, we will see!

I John 5:13

“These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.”

Heaven only accepts volunteers

How can you get confidence? Heb 3:6 “Christ is son over His own

house, whose house are we, if we hold fast that confidence and the rejoicing of our hope, firm until the end.”

Heb 3:14 “We are made partakers with Christ if we hold fast the beginning of our confidence firm unto the end.”

Key Principle God has not asked us to be lawyers, but to

be faithful to tell others the great things God has done for us!

Lk 8:39 – “Return to your house and describe what great things God has done for you. And he departed, proclaiming throughout the whole city what great things Jesus had done for him. And as Jesus returned, the multitude welcomed Him, for they had been waiting for Him.”
