The statue of five rams is a mark of Guangzhou.It is very famous.It made in 1960.It made by Ying Jichang,Chen Benzong and Kong Fanwei.It talls 11 metres.I like it very much!

Arcades are the symbol of Guangzhou old buildings. Now, arcades are almost in Liwan district. After 1840s,many of the western architectural style came into China, that includes arcade. Arcade is an ancient building .It has many functions, such as : it can keep out the wind and rain, have a cool environment; let the old man play cards and chess.; it is Chinese and Western building , very majestic. And it also can be a mall.’ Arcade is a commercial building, it has three parts: roof, floor and bottom. Commercial arcade architecture first appeared in2000 years ago in ancient Greece, later popular in Europe. In recent centuries ,the arcade’s styles were begin to all over the world. Arcade buildings can over several hundred meters long.Due to Guangzhou’s changeable weather, arcades, can adapt this kind of weather , this special environment. So, arcades were very popular in Guangzhou before.And now, arcades are Chinese historical cultural heritage, they are sheltered by Chinese government.

Xiguan large house was the house of the riches. These houses are tall and bright, with beautifully decorated hall park. Every large house is almost 400 square meters large.Living in the Xiguan large house,you will feel nice and cool in summer ,and feel warm in winter.It is fitting to live. Polishing, cleaning, Mending Wall, repair doors and windows are the main ways to build and save the building. Then ,in the later period of the Republic of China.the small western buildings broom up. In their building,there are some brick veneer.It is faithful to its historic character and its original style. It used the original material to restore the original architectural style. Liuhua Porridge City: inside the Liuhua Park, Liuhua Lu. Jidi Zhou served in the Liuhua Porridge City is the most famous of all. The name of Jidi Porridge came from a story. It is said that in Qing Dynasty, there was a butcher selling this kind of porridge. And there was a private school teacher loved this kind of porridge very much. One day, the butcher asked the teacher to teach him how to write seven Chinese characters— （ means pork, pork liver and pig powder ） . Later the butcher was encouraged by some gossipers and went to Peking to attend the imperial examinations. He wrote the seven Chinese characters that all he learned on the exam paper. Happened the Examiner was the private teacher he met some time ago. The Examiner was so glad that he made a marvelous article for him and helped him to pass the exam. At that time, people who can pass the exam and get a position in the court meant Jidi. So from then on, people called that kind of porridge Jidi Porridge.
