Student Services Departments

• The purpose of SAOs/SLOs of Student Services departments is to assess and evaluate departmental processes in order to grow and develop outcomes that highlight our work with students, faculty, and staff.

• Formative (throughout semester) and Summative (end of semester) assessment/evaluation is conducted on a yearly basis.

• Our objectives/outcomes evolve over years based on staff analysis within the department.
