Our Wedding Event Proposal  

Our mission is to help you coordinate a schedule of events for your wedding day, in effort to ease as much stress from the day’s events. We will handle all the music selections, announcements and make sure the spotlight remains on the newlyweds. We want you to enjoy all your hard work and focus on celebrating with friends, family and loved ones. Our goal is to make this a memorable and fun night for you and your guests. Please note these rates may and can change in respect to any further added features not mentioned in this proposal. Please contact us so we can schedule a time to present our pricing. Unlimited Time - We truly believe this is what separates Fantastic Five Entertainment from our competition and what has allowed for so many successful events. All our packages include an unlimited time frame for your wedding event. Meaning you can utilize our services for your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception for basically as long as your venue allows. Our goal is to make every wedding reception a successful one. So if your wedding goes till 10pm, 12am or 2am, we'll gladly continue the dancing without any additional cost, until you inform us when to play the last song of the evening. Up Lighting – Is included in all of our packages. We use LED lighting and color mixing to match your wedding colors and accent your venue. We provide you with the opportunity to select the colors from our color sheets or provide us with a color swatch for us to match. Up lighting can be used inside any ballroom to accent indoor fixtures or pipe and drape, walls, archways, ceilings, floral arrangements and so on. Outdoor use can include entry ways, patios, pillars, and any trees or shrubbery. Take a look at our gallery and imagine what your venue will look with our up lighting. Master of Ceremonies – We handle all your announcements and introductions’ making sure it is all conducted in a professional and tasteful manner. At all of the receptions we DJ and MC, the entire party gets to experience the best in sound, lighting and entertainment. We always make sure that the sound level is not overbearing and that our lighting will not affect any of the pictures your photographer will be taking.

Audio equipment – We use top of line equipment from JBL to QSC, from Shure to Audio Technia to Behringer, from Pioneer to Rane and of course we use Apple computers. If you like to get technical we will happily go into great detail with you. Up Lighting – This is just another feature that separates us from the rest… Lighting is one of the elements, along with scent, temperature and touch; that can subliminally influence the atmosphere of your event. We use can LED or Par can lighting to incorporate your vision and style, with our creativity, to suit the look and feel you want to create. As well as being highly versatile, lighting is one of the most cost-effective ways of making your event exceptional. Lighting acts as a form of decoration. • Up lighting is included in all of our wedding packages • From 12 up lights up to as many you would like • We match the color or colors as close as possible. And Yes, you can choose more than one color. • We then use our creative style and theatrical lighting background to up light your venue. • The colors can remain fixed on one color throughout the night or change colors and make the

whole room come to life. Night Club Effect Lighting – A modern and innovative look to add to a wedding reception that wants the night club look. These lights change colors, patterns, move to the beat of the music and put on a show all themselves. Featured in the gold package, these lights enhance the mood and the dance floor as they can go beat for beat with songs and create a fun and lively atmosphere or these lights can continue to add to your décor by softly illuminating the dance floor for more intimate sessions. Custom Wedding Monograms – We currently have an offer that includes a custom monogram in our wedding packages. Please contact us for pricing details and package specials. Our staff will custom design your wedding monogram to your suit your style. We have plenty of examples to showcase and visit our picture gallery to see some of our past wedding events. When a monogram design is purchased our services include the design, your approval, creation, shipping, light stand and lighting fixture to project your image anywhere from 10 to 5 feet away. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for turnaround.

More info about our Audio, Video & Lighting Options (Continued)  Picture Montage & Creation – Allow Fantastic Five Entertainment to create a picture slideshow and share with your guests the pictures and memories of yourselves and your engagement. We can incorporate up to 250 photographs, video clips, graphics and music to make your montage one of a kind. Whether you have the photos developed, on a CD or memory drive, we can upload or scan the photos in to our system. We can assist with different themes, ideas, and incorporate your style into the development of the slideshow. We have the capability to even record a personalized message to play back during the slideshow. We will invite you in to our recording studio and capture those specials words and schedule it to play just at the right time during the picture montage. Some ideas of photos you might want to share would be baby photos, family gatherings, vacations, pictures of your teenage years, college years, engagement photos and of course photos of you and your fiancée.  

LED TV Monitors / Projection Screens – We can incorporate LED TV’s or various size projector screens into any package. Great for Picture Slideshows, Music Videos and Custom Monogram display. We have available:

• 55” LED TV’s • 60” Front Projection screens • 8’x 8’ Stretch Screens • 10’x10’ Projection Screens • 12’x14’ Projection Screens
