Do not walk or play between the buildings during recess or lunch.

When you see someone you know, give them a quiet wave.

Definition: in your seat working or ready to work.

If you are walking / running in when the bell rings, you will be counted as tardy

YOU should unpack your backpack when you get to class – not your mom or dad.

Walk in a single-file line. If you have a soccer ball or basketball – do not bounce it in the halls.

Your teacher should bring you to and from recess and lunch.

You have a designated spot on the playground to wait for your teacher. Stay there and wait patiently.

Get to class on time so you are ready to focus on your school work. Do not stop along the way to your destination.

The benches are for sitting – do not walk across them.

Look forward when you are walking, do not walk backwards or looking down.

Running can lead to injury, ALWAYS walk.

Encourage friends to get to class on time.

Ask permission before taking other’s belongings (including recess equipment)

Respect everyone’s personal space – keep your hands off your friends in line.

Keep your books and backpacks close to your body so they will not injure others.

Do not ride on your rolling backpacks.
