Full Season Payment Full season payments will be taken in the first week of every season. These can be paid by cash, card or

cheque. Payment must be paid before the first class is attended. You can choose to set up a credit or debit

card on our system so payments will automatically be taken at the start of every new season. Full season

amount will be the weekly class fee multiplied by the number of weeks in the season.

Autumn Season : August 18th 2014 – October 11th 2014 : 8 Weeks

Winter Season : October 20th 2014 – December 13th 2014 : 8 Weeks

Spring Season : January 5th 2015 – April 2nd 2015 : 13 Weeks

Summer Season : April 20th 2015 – 20th June 2015 : 9 Weeks

Monthly Instalments Monthly instalments will be drawn on the last Thursday of the month (excluding December, June & July).

Your monthly amount will be determined by the date on which you join and will be consistent throughout

the financial year. If you choose this option and already have a credit or debit card attached to our

system, payments will run as normal. If you are setting up a card for the first time, an initial charge of £2 will

be taken to secure card details. This charge will be debited from your final instalment. Monthly instalments

will be taken on the following dates;

Weekly Instalments Weekly payments will come out on the first week of every season and further payments will be taken in

weekly increments. There is no extra charge for choosing this payment method. Instalments will remain

consistent throughout the year and will be taken during term time only.

Weekly Walk Ups

Weekly Walk Ups are paid on arrival to an activity. This option only applies to Pre-School classes and adults

over 18 years old. No commitment is required for this option but your place in the class will not be secured

and we cannot guarantee your place from week to week.

If there are any issues regarding payment you will first be notified by email and then by phone. Payments

will continue throughout the year until we are notified otherwise.

A 10% discount will be applied when you attend 3 classes. A 15% discount will be applied when you attend

4 or more classes. Children under the age of 18 are expected to commit to a full season in a class. When

joining a new class, a trial fee can be paid for the first session before committing to a payment plan. Please

notify a member of reception staff if you plan on leaving a class, as payments will continue to come out

unless notified otherwise.

These payments are not direct debit, they are manually drawn by Centrestage staff using our private

server. Centrestage do not store your card details, they are stored by an online banking system. If you

change your address or receive a new credit/debit card you will need to inform a member of our staff of

the change.

On average our Music Theatre & Dance classes receive an extra 25 hours rehearsal and performance time

each year, this is included in the activities fee and there is no additional charge for costumes. This equates

on average to members only paying between £3.50 and £4.50 an hour.
