    Terms and conditions: Reserve Lists: Once activities become full we hold a reserve list in case places become available at a later date. We will advise you if you are on this list. Payment is not required for these unless/until you are informed of availability. Please do not send payment in advance. Payments: Once confirmation of a place has been given for an activity payment is due. Bookings awaiting payment will be held for just 2 weeks. If no payment is received by this time the place will be given to those held on reserve. We will inform you of this. Refunds: Due to us pre-purchasing tickets in advance of our activities refunds can only be given if a) There is someone on the reserve list and b) sufficient notice is given. Activities: We will only allow 15 minutes after the arranged meeting times for members who are running late (unless otherwise stated), at that time the group must leave, regardless of attendance.

Whether you would like to join us for a weekend break, to see a show, or participate in variety of evening and weekend entertainment, there is something for everyone. You have once again selected some fantastic trips. During the upcoming months we will be holding two weekend breaks, so whether you like the fast passed excitement of thrill rides or you would like to relax and dance the night away with your friends with a West End show theme I am sure you are going to enjoy these wonderful breaks. We have multi award winning west end show for you to enjoy. There will be a firework finale at Ascot, Christmas shopping at winter wonderland, and our larger group activities such as the Christmas meal, bowling and our annual quiz night. We have our regular weekly activities too, why not join us for a healthier lifestyle with Change4Life, or perhaps you enjoy a social night at the local pub and if you are under 30 you can join our younger members at the pop up caf. Why not have your say with Out There and In Control plus Uniting Friends Radio, because in October will be celebrat-ing our 2nd birthday for our digital radio station. For one night only we have a very special evening in store for with Groovy Cat Club v UF Radio. We have a fantastic live performance from GTF who released their debut single I wanna be with you on the 23rd September. We also have an evening of entertainment with a cabaret show from our very own radio producers Joe and Jerry. As Christmas approaches we have our Sprout There catalogue available for you to purchase those amazingin-house care products such as bath bombs, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels and much more. All these items would not be possible without the hard work from our wonderful day service members.

    New shoots

    This day will be specially set up for new members that havent been

    to Sprout There! during the day. You will get a chance to grow,

    harvest produce, cook and eat! This day will also be free of charge!

    You will also get the chance to follow it up and

    join the Sprout

    There! club and have a regular day to come in and join in the fun.

    You can even choose the best weekday to suit you.

    The Sprout There! club will include gardening, ma

    king natural products,

    BBQs, day trips and much much, more. Come and be part of the team!

    eat more healthily? Then look no

    further, Change 4 Life is for you.

    Join us on Tuesday evenings to find out how you can help yourself to eat well and move more, with our gym, zumba and yoga sessions.

    You will be provided with receipes to cook at

    home, healthy tips and we will monitor your

    progress for you to keep you motivated.
