Terms and conditions: • Reserve Lists: Once activities become full we hold a reserve list in case places become available at a later date. We will advise you if you are on this list. Payment is not required for these unless/until you are informed of availability. Please do not send payment in advance. • Payments: Once confirmation of a place has been given for an activity payment is due. Bookings awaiting payment will be held for just 2 weeks. If no payment is received by this time the place will be given to those held on reserve. Whether you would like to join us for a weekend break, to see a show, or participate in variety of evening and weekend entertainment, there is something for everyone. You have once again selected some fantastic trips. During the upcoming months we will be holding two weekend breaks, so whether you like the fast passed excitement of thrill rides or you would like to relax and dance the night away with your friends with a West End show theme I am sure you are going to enjoy these wonderful breaks. We have multi award winning west end show for you to enjoy. There will be a firework finale at Ascot, Christmas shopping at winter wonderland, and our larger group activities such as the Christmas meal, bowling and our annual quiz night. We have our regular weekly activities too, why not join us for a healthier lifestyle with Change4Life, or perhaps you enjoy a social night at the local pub and if you are under 30 you can join our younger members at the pop up café. Why not have your say with Out There and In Control plus Uniting Friends Radio, because in October will be celebrat-ing our 2nd birthday for our digital radio station. For one night only we have a very special evening in store for with Groovy Cat Club v UF Radio. We have a fantastic live performance from GTF who released their debut single ‘I wanna be with you’ on the 23rd September. We also have an evening of entertainment with a cabaret show from our very own radio producers Joe and Jerry. As Christmas approaches we have our Sprout There catalogue available for you to purchase those amazingin-house care products such as bath bombs, shampoo’s, conditioners, shower gels and much more. All these items would not be possible without the hard work from our wonderful day service members.

‘New shoots’
This day will be specially set up for new members that haven’t been
to Sprout There! during the day. You will get a chance to grow,
harvest produce, cook and eat! This day will also be free of charge!
You will also get the chance to follow it up and join the Sprout
There! club and have a regular day to come in and join in the fun.
You can even choose the best weekday to suit you.
The Sprout There! club will include gardening, making natural products,
BBQ’s, day trips and much much, more. Come and be part of the team!

monthly multimedia advocacy project.
Using multimedia as tools you will have a chance to look at life
issues that affect you and what you can do to change them for the
better. Linked with Uniting Friends Radio, you will also have the
chance to make recordings on a whole range of subjects for our
monthly show feature – Your Shout.
Speak-Up and Speak-Out and get yourself heard!

exclusively for members under 25.
In partnership with Indigo’s Moving
Up Project we introduce you to a drop in
session held every Friday evening aimed at the younger crowd.
Providing independence workshops and great recreational activities such as DJ nights, quiz nights, movie nights and Street Dance classes, you are sure to have great fun every time you visit. Come along and meet your UF pals here and introduce yourself to new ones too from Indigo.

Alton Towers 2013 Scarefest promises to offer the most terrifying event to date! There is something for all thrill seekers and families, with tons of terrific rides, blockbusting attractions, amazing live shows, and weird and wonderful costume characters.
Weekend break
Join us for our terrifying Scarefest event and ride your favourite rides after dark! This price includes travel to and from Alton Towers, all meals, 2 days access to Alton Towers, an overnight accommodation in twin rooms. You will need to bring extra money for drinks and personal extras such as souvenirs. Due to space restrictions on the minibus only one small overnight bag per person is permitted.

Alcoholic and soft drinks will not be available on the night so it is recommended that you bring your own. There will be a raffle with some excellent prizes if you wish to participate which will cost approximately £5 per strip.

Get all dressed up for another fantastic day at Ascot. Throughout the day racegoers are welcome to head to the Plaza Lawns where there will be a selection of thrill rides for your entertainment. These rides are free of charge from gates opening! After the racing action, Ascot presents a Firework Spectacular!
Rides are free of charge until after the last race, when they will cost £1 per ride. The fireworks spectacular begins after racing at 6pm.
