• To focus on one item at a time• Extends courtesy to everyone• Observes the rule of the majority• Ensures the rights of the minority• How it should be done!

• We use an Agenda or Order of Business to be prepared for the meetings and stay organized

• An agenda is a list of things that will be discussed at the meeting.

2. Receive recognition to speak.

3. State motion-“I move to…” or “I move that…”
