FA C I L I TAT O R ’ S P R O F I L EJOHAN   IRWAN  BIN  KAMAROZAMAN   is a certified Directive Communication™ Trainer and Colored Brain™ Facilitator. As an international speaker, he is actively helping people to improve their competencies and skills in leadership and communication. He has various industries experiences ranging from manufacturing industry, security industry and education industry. He started his career as a technician and engineer before embarking in the field of marketing and business development. !Johan received his Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering majoring in Computer from Multimedia University. He is a certified trainer under Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad and a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner under National Federation of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Johan is currently the Toastmasters Area Governor for Area E3 under District 51 for the term 2013/14. He was awarded Advanced Communicator Bronze (ACB) and Advanced Leaders Bronze (ALB). He was the President of Multimedia University Toastmasters club where he leads the club to achieve President's Distinguished Status club. Johan is a Certified Professional Member of American Institute of Business Psychology (AIOBP) and Professional Members of Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers. He has been featured in the local media such as TV1 and Astro Awani. He has addressed to audience from various organisations including including Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Multimedia University, Technip-MHB Hull Engineering, Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya, Kementerian Belia dan Sukan, FA Securities, Malaysian Airports Holdings Berhad, Bali Niksoma Hotel, GE Aviation and Majlis Sukan Negara.
