Legacy Village of Layton is one of the premier Assisted Living, Alzheimer, Transitional Care, and Independent Senior facilities in the country. with different uses throughout the project, Rimrock was able to maintain all building codes, while keeping the building looking spectacular.
Rimrock was involved from the early design stages and in doing so, Rimrock was able to provide cost effective value engineering throughout the duration. the combination of rock, wood beams, hardboard, and stucco give this facility a beautiful, mountain, contemporary feel.

Legacy House in Spanish Fork integrates the highest quality care with a fun, social, home-like atmosphere.
The community features a hair salon, movie theater, library, grand piano, and dining room on the inside, and a courtyard with a deck and patio on the outside. Additionally, shuttles are available for residents to travel up Spanish Fork Canyon, to the grocery store, to the LDS Temple, and various other locations.

The Charleston Assisted Living Center is a 41,000 square foot, 64 room assisted living facility. The Rimrock development team assisted the building owner in finding the land for this upscale project. Additionally, Rimrock worked with the City of Cedar Hills in reviewing building regulations and pulling the permit. This assisted living center was then constructed by the Rimrock Construction team and was finished under budget and well within schedule.

Located near downtown Salt Lake City. This beautiful building includes 73 units to accommodate the growing senior population in Utah. This high end facility includes underground parking, common gathering rooms, great rooms, and exercise rooms.
Our biggest challenge during construction of this infill piece of property was the shoring required to maintain the structural integrity of the existing buildings on each side of the apartments. Broadway Place is a beautiful addition to a growing downtown.

Sagewood at Daybreak is Daybreak’s only senior living campus complete with memory care, assisted living, and independent living. There will be 230,000 square feet of living space that consist of 100 independent living units, 78 assisted living units, and 23 memory care units.
Rimrock has participated as a design-build consultant, general contractor, and construction manager.

A: Hyatt Hotel at Union Station Located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake, this six story, 159 room hotel is one of Salt Lake’s newest and nicest hotels.
B: Eaglewood Lofts Apartments Widely recognized as one of the best new multi-family products in the Salt Lake market, this 214 unit community features a resort-style pool and spa, fitness center and outdoor grills. Every unit is equipped with two tone paint, granite countertops, and expansive windows.
C: Dry Creek Apartments This is one of Sandy’s newest transit oriented developments. It has been a challenging site with limited access, undocumented fill, and major slope changes.
D: Doxie Hatch Medical Center Tenant Improvement The Doxie Hatch Medical center has been remodeled and redesigned to allow doctors in the area to expand and update their spaces while maintaining their geographic location.

Mark Hampton is Managing Director of real estate for Rimrock Real Estate services, a 210 million dollar a year, multi-state development & construction company. With his experience in HUD insured projects, Mr. Hampton is crucial to the success of the Grovecrest project. Mr. Hampton presently owns and is the Managing Director of two operational senior residential communities.
Mr. Hampton was a founding partner of the Wentworth senior living facilities, playing an active role from 1999 to 2006. Facilities managed include six senior living campuses along the Wasatch front. Mr. Hampton was intimately involved in the day to day management of these campuses until they were sold in 2006.
Mr. Hampton’s knowledge of HUD funded projects and years of experience in the senior market bring great strength to this team.
