WHEREAS, Buckingham Township desires to by this Ordinance to repeal that section of Buckingham Townshi ce 1994-03 adopting the "BOCA Fire Prevention Code/1993" as e Fire Prev tio Code of Buckingham Township and to the extent not ad ted by 34 P Code § 403.21 through application of Buckingh 2004-03 adopt the International Code ..
