GeneralBorder crossingPassport required and valid for at least 6 months before expiring date from date of tourVISA required if not South African citizen.No meat may cross the border. Alcohol limited to a six pack per person.TransportOwn transport to Providence Base Camp and back. Madventure would be able to help with the arrangement of transport between fellow paddlers.CostsCosts includes canoeing with experienced guides, assistants, excellent food, cooking utensils, canoes, paddles, safety equipment, first aid kit, watertight bucket for stowage, cooler box, lots of fun and good sport.
