    Team

    Mr. Andrew Ow has 20+ years of experience in roles covering business development, marketing, operations and management in the Infocomm technology industry. He started an SBO business in 1999 and sold the company 5 years later. His background includes regional partnerships with Telcos, system integrators, distributors, OEMs and independent software vendors. He also has chaired many volunteer committees in Singapore.

    Prof. Lee Yee Hui received the B.Eng. degree and the M.Eng. degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and the Ph.D. degree from University of York, England, in 1996, 1998 and 2002, respectively. All degrees are in electronic engineering. She joined the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) as an Assistant Professor in 2002. She is currently with the Communication Engineering Division. She is a member of the Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).

    Dr. Scoot Wong is a qualified Doctor (MBChB) in ICU and Frontline doctor in COVID-19 pandemic, serving in wards, emergency department, community care facility and dormitories.-Singapore-Stanford Biodesignfellow 2018 (SSB8)-Familiarity with regulatory in digital health, with direct involvement in creation of Telemedine Sandbox (MOH), and HCSA bills-Experience in running machine learning designing mobile healthcare clinics and telehealth clinics. - Invent Covid Buddy which is feature in The StriatsTimesPublished May 25, 2020, ingHealthNewsletter, radio and Meidcorp

    Prof. Stefan Winkler is an established research leader and entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience. He co-founded two companies with a focus on video analytics (Genista and Opsis). He is an IEEE Fellow and holds a Ph.D. degree from the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, Switzerland, as well as a M.Eng./B.Eng. degree from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria. His expertise includes image & video processing, computer vision, machine learning, human-computer interaction, user experience, and perception modelling. He has published over 120 scientific papers

    Prof. Winter Nie is a Professor of Management at IMD. She is the regional director of IMD Southeast Asia and Oceania.Dr. Nie’s areas of research interest are service management (such as customer focused organization, service excellence, and transformation from products to solutions), low cost competition, and extended supply chain. She has provided training programs for and consulted with companies in pharmaceutical, telecommunications, automotive, food and beverage, machinery, clothing and fashion, and electronics industries as well as financial and professional services.
