(e.g. languages, cultural understanding) They can expand their markets because of this. If the diversity in the company is properly managed, it will secure better interpersonal communication between its people; hence, productivity is higher. Explanation: Better interpersonal communication between its people will encourage employees to perform to their highest ability since all of them are treated equal and fairly. Since productivity is higher, profit will then increase, and so does the return of investment.
