Surprise - Tree blocks the Store Sign

Unexpected – Noises included the crinkling of Paper

Common – music playing with appropriate Genre

Sad – I was not greated

Zany – Store motto - “Do Something Creative Every Day”

Confusion – Two doors one pointing to the other

Shock – Met with a stare and not a “Hello”

Sad – fold out tables with disorganized Merchandise and Merchandise on the floor

Inviting – The bright atmosphere of concert posters and album covers

Awesome – Local music played at the correct volume

Horrible – signage seemed small for the space and somewhat hidden

Nice – Front door had a bunny and I was greeted kindly as entered

Scary – Loud random beeping noise and I assumed it was for the door opening

Awesome – rustic wooden floors and partitions

Sloppy – Strings dangling from open industrial ceiling with nothing attached

Unexpected – Very loud noise made by a cooler as you walk in

Faux paux – Really cool Cow signage was no where near the entrance of the store and the Store signage on the door was tiny and univiting

Stinky – unpleasant odor perhaps the smell of chlorox

Subtle – the black tile floor was uneven and looked like a roller coaster track

Peace – Store was spacious and uncluttered

Unexpected – Walking up the street the sign was obstructed

Wow – Bright Green spheres drew me in and the wood floors were green

Crazy – The CEO of my company was there when I walked in

Not stinky – Subtle smells of excellent food

Skinny – The store was narrow and deep, so good thingIt was not crowded

Extremely Stinky – Staff were painting a picture frame on a display

Comfy – modern spacious layout

Nice – I was kindly greeted as I entered

Zen – Merchandise seemed to have a good balance throughout

Wow – Visibility of the merchandise through the large windows
