Safe and atraumatic needle attachment

The end part of B. Braun needles are precisely polished in order to provide an easy and atraumatic penetration of the completeneedle body. Each individual needle-attachment is tested duringmanufacturing, achieving 100% in process control.

Excellent grip in the needle holder

Thanks to its flattened body, the needle remains stable in theneedle holder enabling a precise placement and a better controlof penetration of the tissue layers of the eye.

Smooth needle surface

B. Braun micro needles are undergoing a special surface treatment. This modern manufacturing technique improves significantly thesmoothness of the surface and the sharpness of the cutting. Thetissue drag during surgery is strongly reduced.

Very sharp needle tip

The precise micro-tip of B. Braun lancet needles is achieved bycomputer assisted technology. The new generation of lancetneedles Long Life Point offers extremely low resistance to penetration.The tip goes very easily the tough tissues of the eye. Even afterseveral passages, the needle keeps its sharpness.
