当初は15名で始め、現在は100名超がOpenStackに関わる

‣ 人員は全てWalmartLabs所属

ディストリビューションは使用せずに自分でインストール/構築

コンピュートの負荷のみをOpenStack上に移行

‣ BlockStorage、ObjectStorageを使用せず

利用する側のマインドセットやプロセスを変えることが重要と語る
