Step  1:  Draw  5  symbols  to  demonstrate  how  to  build  a  learning  community  among  pre-­‐service  teachers  to  promote  retention  and  academic  success.    Step  2:  Write  one  sentence  to  explain  why  you  drew  each  image.  The  sentence  might  include  a  connection  to  how  you  might  implement  these  ideas  within  your  teacher  preparation  program.
