An Open Evening is your chance to get a taster for what life will be like as a Staffordshire University student, with an evening dedicated to finding out more about your chosen subject.

Tonight is your opportunity to gather everything you need to know.

You’ll take in our impressive on-site facilities, see our £40 million investment in action, meet our brilliant people, chat to current students, attend talks and explore the halls of residence.

We guarantee the opportunity of Work Experience for all new students. It could be specific to your course, or be broader experience to develop your work skills. Either way it will make you more attractive to employers, help you connect with potential future employers and give you a head start in the job market. But it isn’t just our Guarantee that makes studying at Staffordshire University so rewarding. Everyone who attends an Open Day between September and December 2015, makes us first choice on their UCAS application and subsequently enrols with us will receive a £1000 kickstart towards University costs in the first year*

FIRST THINGSWhen you arrive the first thing you need to do is to register by heading to The Science Centre (Map Reference 29).

We want you to discover what’s really going on at Staffordshire University. Discover a glimpse of your future and, ultimately, discover a university that you can’t wait to join.

SUBJECT FAIR AND INFORMATION HUBHere, you can meet and talk to staff and students from Faculties and Support Services. If you have any questions or queries, the Subject Fair and Information Hub is where you will get them answered. Whether it’s about the application process, finance, making friends, course specific queries, or anything else then there’ll be somebody on hand to help.

TOURS START FROM 16.00This is your opportunity to find out more about the campus, our facilities, Students’ Union and accommodation. Tours run through the day until 20.00 and start from The Science Centre (Map Reference 29).
