Think about the value you are adding for people. Your content and activity should
be unique, useful and useable.

Use the correct platform - don't make your audience come to you.
Do some research to find where people are already. Remember: you might be
coming late to the party.

Ensure that you have resources - develop a plan that you can effectively
implement.
Digital engagement is a way to augment traditional engagement activity. It should be resourced and planned for just as face
to face meetings and events are.
