We require details of someone who will act as an emergency contact – preferably a family member who the
University can contact should an emergency arise. This is extremely important information and must be
provided. We are unlikely to have this information stored already and therefore you will need to provide it.
Adding this information is simple. First enter the details of your emergency contact. Any field with an
asterisk (*) is mandatory. You will not be able to continue with your re-enrolment until all required
details are added.
Once you have completed this section press the ‘Store Changes’ button at the foot of the page to return to
the screen shown here on the right, before clicking ‘Proceed’ to move to the next stage of enrolment.
Stage Six: Contact Details at University
To be completed by: Home, EU, Overseas and Distance Learning students
The University needs to know where you will be living during term-time and where the University will be
able to contact you with information. For some students, for example part-time and distance-learning
students, this will be the same as the home address. If this is the case for you, please enter the same
address you used in Stage Four of the form into this section.

Stage Ten: Option to Enrol on more Courses
To be completed by: students enrolling/re-enrolling on more than one course
Stage Eleven: University Email Address
To be completed by: Home, EU, Overseas and Distance Learning students
This is a reminder of your University email address so it is integral that you make a careful note of
the address given. It is the only address that the University’s central administration will use to contact you
during your entire period of study at Warwick, and will be used to notify you of such things as the
opening/closing of re-enrolment, examination registration procedures, information relating to fees and
bursaries…etc.
If you do not intend to use this email address as your main email address, it is vital that you set up a rule
which forwards all mail from your Warwick account to an email address you will check regularly. If you
require assistance to do this please contact the IT Services Helpdesk at [email protected].
Stage Twelve: Your Declaration
To be completed by: Home, EU, Overseas and Distance Learning students
The final stage of the online re-enrolment process is to confirm that the information you have provided is
correct to the best of your knowledge and that you agree to abide by the University’s rules and regulations.
Before clicking on the ‘Confirm details’ button please ensure that you have not missed out any information
or made any mistakes at any point during your completion of the enrolment form. Should you need to
amend any details after you have pressed the ‘Confirm details’ button, you will be able to do so by logging

into Start.Warwick (https://start.warwick.ac.uk/) and clicking on the ‘Student Records online’ link in the ‘My
Warwick Admin Systems’ gadget. For further information about amending or updating your details visit:
http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/services/academicoffice/studentrecords.
Please note that the Charter, Statute and Regulations contain certain rules governing matters such as
examinations, appeals, copyright, academic progression, behaviour on campus…etc, and therefore they
will significantly affect your time at Warwick. You can access these documents by clicking on the links
provided.
In pressing the ‘Confirm details’ button you are confirming your agreement to observe the Charter, Statutes,
Ordinances and Regulations of the University, and to pay your fees on the due date. This declaration has
the same legal standing as signing a paper form. Until this button has been pressed the form will not be
sent to the University. You must confirm your re-enrolment details before the end of the second week after
your course begins.
Please note the extra line of red text for Overseas students regarding their Visa arrangements.
