Schedule B-I

I. The following are the requirements to be complied with:

1. Payment of the full consideration to, or for the account of, the grantors or mortgagors.

2. Instruments creating the estate or interest to be insured which must be executed, delivered and filed for record:

A. Special Warranty Deed from Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver for AmTrust Bank, to TBD

3. Proof of payment of taxes for the year 2010 must be furnished, and any tax certificates issued with respect theretomust be canceled by the clerk ofcourt.

4. Affidavit to be executed by Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver for AmTrust Bankstating: 1)Thereare no matters pending against the affiant that could give rise to a lien that would attach to the property between06/08/2011 at 11:00 PM and the recording of the interest to be insured. 2) That the affiant(s) have not and will notexecute any instruments that would adversely affect the interest to be insured.

5. Closingfunds are to be disbursedby or at the direction of the TitleAgent identified at the bottom of Schedule A.

6. A search commencing with the effective date of the commitment will be performed at or shortly priorto theclosingof this transaction. If this search reveals a title defect or other objectionable matters, an endorsement will be issuedrequiring that this defect or objection be cleared on or before closing.

7. Agentis to record the insured instruments as soonas possible after closing.

8. Affidavit from the owner of the subject property, or some other person having actual knowledge, establishing thatnoperson other than the owner is in possession.

9. Affidavit from a reliable person must be furnished establishing that more than 90 days has elapsed since thecompletion of all improvements for which paymenthas not been made in full.

10. Determination must be made that there are no unrecorded special assessment liens or unrecorded liens arising byvirtue of ordinances, unrecorded agreements as to impact or other development fees, unpaid waste fees payable tothe county or municipality, or unpaid service charges under Ch. 159, F.S., or county ordinance.

11. Estoppel letter from homeowners' association that all assessments, including special assessments, as provided in theDeclarationofCovenants, Conditions and Restrictions, are paid in full to date.

12. Release and/or satisfaction of that certain claim of lien against James Ho-on by the City of Coral Springs, dulyrecorded in O.R. Book 46438, Page 717, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
