Official Rules By entering this promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may, at Sponsor’s discretion, result in disqualification. All decisions of the judges regarding this Promotion are final and binding in all respects. 1. OFFICIAL DATES. This Sweepstakes begins February 1, 2012 at 12:01 am (PST), and ends February 24, 2012 @ 11:49 pm (PST). The winner will be chosen at random on March 01, 2012. Only one entry per person or e-mail address is permitted over duration of sweepstakes. 2. PRIZE ELIGIBILITY. Only persons residing in Canada who are at least 18 years of age can enter. Alta Pacific reserves the right to disqualify any individual for tampering with the sweepstakes entry form or attempting to manipulate the results. 4. ADDITIONAL ENTRY POINTS. Enter the sweepstakes for 1 point. Like our page for 1 additional entry point. Invite a friend for more points. For every friend you invite who enters, you will automatically be entered for another chance to win. Share this Promotion on your wall by selecting “share on my wall” for an additional point, max 1 additional point per day. The more points you have the higher chance you have to win. You are not required to like, share, or invite friends to qualify for this Promotion. This will only increase your chances of being randomly selected to win the prize. 5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION. One Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to one (1) NHL hockey game in Canada. Winner can request any game between March 01, 2012 and April 07, 2012, but must select a game by Friday February 24, 2012. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available for the requested game and the winner may need to choose a different game on a different date. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail. Two (2) attempts will be made to notify the winner within 72 hours. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries, in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner will have 72 hours from notification to accept the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. If a potential winner cannot be reached via their e-mail address or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.
