The Ministry of Finance Notification No. 353 ofMay, 1946 (concerning tiie designation of the controlledselling- prices of agar-agar) is partially revised asfollows, and shall come into force as from December15:

Of the price list., ICcontrolled selling price of theJapan Agar-agar Control Co. "shall be revised asis controlled selling piMce of collecting organization ",and " controlled selling price of wholesaler yy as <e con-trolled selling price of receiving organization.

Items 1 to 7 shall be revised as follows:1. The grade mentioned, in this list shall be, subjectto those designated by the Price Assessing Committeeof the Agar-agar, etc.2. #The controlled prices of this list shall be for thosewhich are inspected by the Price Assessing Committeeof the Agar-agar, etc., and attached with a certificateshowing the said inspecting by the said Committee, orseal to the container, and the controlled prices of thosewithoutthe said certificate or the said seal shall beamounts deducted by 50 per cent from the controlledprices of off-grade goods. This, however, shall notapply as to the controlled prices of retailer.3. The controlled selling prices of proclucer shall beex warehouse of licensed collecting organization of Met-ropolis and Prefectures in which the manufacturingfactory concerned are situated.*4. The controlled selling prices of collecting organi-zation shall be f. o. r. or to the business office ofpersons who are obtaning assignment directly fromthe licensed collecting organization in accordance withthe provisions of Article 24 of the Eegulations forDistribution of Aquatic Processed Products.5. The controlled selling prices of wholesaler andretailer shall be exstore of seller.6. The controlled prices of this list shall includecharge|^ggr wrapping and packing.7. The'^rontrolled selling prices of the collecting orga-nization shall include amounts of tax to be levied inaccordance with the Commodity Tax Law.

clothing, (3) is revised as follows :The loss of products used by cloths of which purchased

goods from Koeki Eidan (those purchased through JapanTextileCo., Ltd.) shall be added by 3 ^ again to lossof preceding cloth or lining cloth.

In paragraph concerning method of calculation ofclothing, the following items shall be added at the endof paragraph on sewing charge and cutting charge, (5) -^*Japanese style goods and Japanese style garments.

As for Shigoki-obi ¥20.- may be again added tothread's prices in case of fring hy sewing and cuttingcharges of without fringes. However prices of fringethread shall be subject to wholesaler's controllde sellingprices.

The following items shall be added at the end of(5) Japanese style goods, and (3) "Furoshiki."
