Toyo O.T.R. tyres are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for the original useable tread life. If the tyre is judged defective, pro rata compensation will be made for the remaining tread depth against the original tread depth.

OWNER’S OBLIGATIONSYou must present the tyre for adjustment to an authorised TAL reseller or Toyo Tyre & Rubber Australia Limited, together with further information as TAL may reasonably request for properly processing the warranty claim form.

FINAL ARBITERThe final decision regarding the approval of O.T.R. tyre adjustments is reserved by the Tyre Technical Department of Toyo Tyre & Rubber Australia Limited.
