This is the best way to get the most current ODOT information. Information can be obtained for most aggregate sizes by ODOT District, County, State, or Producer/Supplier. Material searches can also be done by selecting a specific size or by choosing all sizes. All results are presented as Certified Reports in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format that can be printed and/or saved. ODOT Certified Aggregate Sources 2013

Certified Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) aggregate sources can be obtained directly from the ODOT web site. This is the best way to get the most current ODOT information. Information can be obtained for most aggregate sizes by ODOT District, County, State, or Producer/Supplier. Material searches can also be done by selecting a specific size or by choosing all sizes.

All results are presented as Certified Reports in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format that can be printed and/or saved.

After viewing/saving the report file, you will return to the web site but to a different page:

Figure 2 Click on “Certified Aggregate” to return to the portal. Example #2: Report Scope: Choose “County” Option: Choose “FRANKLIN” (or whatever county you want to search) Material Type: Choose “ALL” (or choose a specific size from the pull-down list)

Note: Using the option “Other” here will get out-of-state producers/suppliers.

Click on “Submit”

A Report will be generated for all Producers/Suppliers in Franklin County, Ohio for All aggregate sizes.

Example #3: Report Scope: Choose “District” Option: Choose “District 06” (or whatever ODOT District you want to search) Material Type: Choose “ALL” (or choose a specific size from the pull-down list)

Click on “Submit”

A Report will be generated for all Producers/Suppliers in ODOT District 06 for All aggregate sizes.

Example #4: Report Scope: Choose “District” Option: Choose “District 10” (or whatever ODOT District you want to search) Material Type: Choose “ODOT 67’s” (or choose another size from the pull-down list)

Click on “Submit”

A Report will be generated for all Producers/Suppliers in ODOT District 10 for ODOT aggregate size #67.

Checking for Updates to the Lists

To check if any changes have occurred since you last visited the ODOT site, you can go to the portal shown below and type in beginning and ending dates along with the ODOD District number (county, state and producer/supplier are not available as search choices).

To get to this portal, refer to Figure 2 above and choose “List of Changes to Producer/Suppliers”. The following screen will appear (Figure 3):

Example #5: From Date: Enter the date in the format shown To Date: Enter the date in the format shown

Districts: Enter the ODOT District number(s) in the format shown Click on “Submit”

A Report will be generated for ODOT Districts 06 and 10 between the dates of Sept. 1 and 23, 2013.
