Report
Observation Activity
Be prepared by Group 4 to fulfill the task of Classroom Management
Lecturer: Miss.Linda
ABSTARAC
To fulfill this task, we (group 4) conduct observations in elementary school TRISARI
026, which held on Monday (15 November 2010) and Tuesday (18 November 2010). This
observation aimed to find out how to apply and how teachers manage the process of learning
directly. We taught in grade 4 (three) and 5 (five) on the subjects of mathematics and PPKN.
Many people who have helped us to carry out observations and writing this report.
For thanks to TRISARIs elementary school principal and teachers that have helped us
to provide opportunity and give information about this observations. After making this
observations and all data has been collected, we have analyzed it and can be concluded that
almost of teachers in elementary school 026, TRISARI has used or applied the way to manage
their classes and how to behave toward their students.

accomplish this report.
This report aims to complement the task of School Based Management on fourth semester of
class C and be supervised directly by Miss.Linda.

The other purpose of this report is so that the reader can expand the basic concepts of science and
strategies of management to improve the quality of learning in classroom. This report is
presented based on study and observation in elementary school 026, TRISARI and also from
other sources relevant. This report was prepared by the author with various obstacles whether
comes from the authors or outside. But with patience and help of the God, finally we can finish
thisreport
Authors want to thanks to the various parties either directly or indirectly which have helped
authors in writing this report:

Finally, all perfection is in the God and authors wise up that this report still far from perfect.
Therefore, authors expect the suggestions and constructive criticism for the perfection of this

Methods "
1. Interview Method
In consist of a question and answer orally by students to the informant (principals, teachers and
staffs) to collect data about the basic concepts and management to improve the quality of
learning in elementary school 026, TRISARI.
2. Observation Method
Authors make observations directly or indirectly that done by the components associated with
application of the basic concepts and management to improve the quality of learning in
elementary school 026 ,TRISARI.
