You can see the insurance carriers, whether the plan is an HMO or PPO, and the estimated premium using this new feature on Healthcare.gov

While the government works on making on-line enrollment easier, you can still get plan information, find out how much your premium may be reduced with a tax subsidy and even enroll in one of the Health Insurance Marketplace plans by calling 1-800-318-2596.

If you prefer to meet with someone in person, you can use healthcare.gov to locate help in your community.
