Tastings are held Tuesday through Thursday,

between 11:00am – 3:00pm at the National Constitution Center.A total of four guests may attend (including the bride & groom).

Garage buyout: $800. This option includes access to 120 parking spacesand covers the cost of security to manage throughout the evening.Complimentary parking: With this option, we would keep track of theamount of vehicles parking once the garage closes to the public and youwill be billed at $10/car, plus the cost for security @ $55/hr. Self-pay parking: With this option, your guests would be responsible forpaying their own way @ $10/car, and you will be billed $55/hr. for security

ParkingThe National Constitution Center parking garage is located on Race St.

between 6th and 5th, behind our building. The parking garage closes to thepublic at 6pm and at that time, can be opened exclusively for your guests.

*Security is staffed starting at 6pm and will remain on site through 1 hr. postevent. All vehicles must depart the garage within 1 hr. post event.

Coat Check

The National Constitution Center has a built-in coat room located off of theMain Lobby. Coat check can be opened for your event @ $150/attendant and

we recommend 1 attendant/100 guests. We cannot guarantee staffingavailability for requests made less than 2 weeks prior to your event date.

6-4 MONTHS OUT - TASTING TIME! Chef participates in the menu tasting, and he needs to approvetasting dates to avoid any scheduling conflicts. Tastings are heldTuesday through Thursday, between 11:00am – 3:00pm and a total offour guests may attend (including the bride & groom). Please submit your menu selections (15) business days prior to thetasting date. Tasting selections to include: (4) Hors d’oeuvres, (2)salads and (3) entrees from your selected wedding package.

6 MONTHS OUT

Second deposit is due for Brûlée – 50% of the remaining balancePAYMENT DUE - DATE:

SCHEDULE CAKE TASTING Cake tastings typically take place about 1-2 months prior to thewedding but the appointments book up quickly with Termini Bros. The bakery recommend calling 6 months prior to secure a tastingdate.

4 - 3 MONTHS OUTINVITATIONS ARE OUT!

2 - 1 MONTHS OUT

Vendor walk through of the space, if needed, for final details & setupneeds. If menu selections are still pending after the tastings, thoseshould be finalized by the month prior as well.

3 MONTHS OUT

VENDORS CONTRACTEDWe suggest arriving to your tasting ready to discuss contract andplanning details for all contracted vendors with your event manager

All information covered in the tasting is sent back for review by 3months out.

UPDATED INFORMATION

Make sure to note the entrée options on the RSVP card for guests toselect their dinner. You may also want to include a line for dietarynotes if you know your guests will have some allergies dietaryrestrictions that you should alert Brûlée of.

VENUE PAYMENT DUE - DATE:

Call with venue and catering to review timing of all on-siteevents before finalized timeline is shared with your vendors

TIMELINE REVIEW CALL

2 WEEKS OUTGuest count due! The guest list with entree selection by table isdue 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. No worries if you are stillwaiting on a guest or two, just give your sales representative aheads up.

GUEST COUNTS ARE DUE - DATE:

LIST OF CLIENT PROVIDED ITEMS IS DUEDetermine what items will be dropped off and when. This will bescheduled with your event manager and catering salesrepresentative.

1 WEEK OUT The Monday of the week of the wedding all final information is due.This includes final table assignments with guest’s names & entréeselections, floor plan approval, confirmed timeline & final list of dropoff items.

ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL

Catering payment is also due the Monday prior to the wedding.

WEEK OF THE WEDDING

Client to drop off all items discussed on the date agreed upon.Typically on the Tuesday - Friday before the wedding.

DROP OFF DATE - DATE:

THE DAY BEFOREThis is to be coordinated with your event manager. On average, aceremony rehearsal will take 45-60 minutes. (We advise askingparticipants to arrive early to get started on time!)

Upon arrival at the National Constitution Centeryou will be greeted by your Brulee and NCC representatives. You'll be

introduced to your dedicated bridal attendant who will ensure thebride & groom as well as the bridal party have everything they need

throughout the evening.

A bridal suite will be set one (1) hour prior to the ceremony with lightbites and refreshments as a space to gather and relax before the

ceremony begins. If the ceremony is taking place offsite, this will beavailable to the bridal party upon arrival to the venue with food

offerings from cocktail hour.

Our team of experienced professionals will cater to your guests everyrequest and ensure you that we will manage a flawless event while

you and your guests eat, drink & dance the night away!

Don't forget..The evening will be a whirlwind of excitement but remember to slow

down and cherish every special moment you are about to experience.
